What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a pioneering, award-winning therapy developed by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer. It combines the most effective principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, and CBT to deliver fast, lasting change.
How RTT® Works
RTT® works by accessing the subconscious mind through relaxation, helping you uncover the root cause of your issues — whether that's anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or something else entirely.
During a session, you are gently guided into a relaxed state (similar to a guided meditation) where you can explore memories and beliefs that have been driving your feelings and behaviors.
Once the root cause is identified, you are guided and empowered to reframe and release these patterns which are no longer serving you.
Most people notice significant shifts after just one session.

Caroline Oxenham RTT® C.HYP.
Originally from the UK, Caroline spent many years living and studying in New York City, where she graduated from The Juilliard School with a BFA.
Initially fascinated by human psychology and expressivity through the Arts, Caroline began studying the mind and the intricacies of our psychology influenced by our early emotional programming.
Her studies led her into Early Childhood Education and psychology and then began the journey of discovery into how our early experiences and emotional programming create our psychological operating systems as adults.
Just as we constantly need to upgrade the operating systems in our computers and phones due to glitches or simply outdated and unhelpful programming, our emotional programming which was imprinted on us when we were very young by our environment and family, also needs upgrading.
As young, dependent children we have no choice but to accept our surroundings and emotional environment as normal and familiar, which then sets the template and programming (healthy or unhealthy) for our future adult behavior, responses and choices.
95% of our being is controlled by our subconscious mind (our breathing, heartbeat and every bodily function down to the cellular level).
Only 5% of our being is controlled by our conscious mind, therefore we have to upgrade from the subconscious level in order to create any real or tangible change and improvement.
